What goes in and what comes out.

The input materials for our pyrolysis plant include shredded tyres, rubber scraps, and biomass — all rich in hydrocarbons and suitable for thermal decomposition. These are carefully selected, cleaned, and pre-treated to remove impurities such as metals or moisture before processing.

Fuel Oil — 42 to 46% yield, used as diesel engine alternative fuel.
Raw Carbon Block (RCB) — 40 to 42% yield, used in plastic and polymer compounding.
Syngas — 12 to 18% yield, used as hydrogen production feedstock.
Steel Wire — 0 to 2% yield, recovered for scrap recycling and reprocessing.
